How the Automatic TBW Rollover Unit Works

rollover_art.gif (28590 bytes)

no_01.gif (399 bytes) The driver or operator simply pushes the Start Button. The Top Brush begins rotating and lowers itself into position a few inches above the ground, the machine then moves toward the vehicle. no_02.gif (669 bytes) Travelling along rails, the wash unit moves along the length of the vehicle with the Vertical Brushes cleaning the sides, while the Top Brush cleans the front, roof and back of the vehicle. A unique sensing device enables the brushes to follow the exact contour of each vehicle.
no_03.gif (694 bytes) During the wash cycle, water and detergent are fully sprayed onto all surfaces of the vehicle. On its return pass, the TBW 503 rinses the vehicle with a water diluted wax-solution. no_04.gif (659 bytes) Once the wash and rinse cycles have been completed, all brushes automatically retract from the vehicle, allowing the cleaned vehicle to simply drive away.
